The Story Behind OrderSync
I started writing code before I had a computer science degree — curiosity got me here, real-world problem solving kept me going.
Over 15 years, I moved from networking and infrastructure into full-stack software engineering. I've built SaaS platforms, POS integrations, cloud systems, sports tech, and kitchen management tools across Jordan, Egypt, Oman, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
OrderSync was born from a recurring pain point I saw across restaurant operators in the MENA region: orders coming in on Careem Now and Talabat, but staff manually re-entering them into the POS. Errors. Delays. Unhappy customers. Wasted time.
Today, my work focuses on building scalable backend systems, seamless third-party integrations, and turning complex business logic into clean software. I think in systems — from database design to API contracts to deployment.
